Programme Description

Box 1.

Director Discussion (No-Cost)

  • The process starts with a no-cost, zero risk 60-minute discussion. This establishes the drivers for growth, captures where you are as a business, what you see as your priorities so we can customise your solution. The next stage is a decision to move forward or stop.

Business Situation

  • 2-days will be spent in your business meeting your people and identifying strengths. This is delivered through discussions and observations. We focus on marketing, sales, systems, people, working practices and present our findings and observations to you.

Box 3.

Customer Insight

  • This stage will bring the voice of the customer into the process, we do this through a focus group or online 1-2-1 discussions. The aim is to understand what they buy, how they buy and their perception of your sales approach and brand, this provides real insight to inform the process.

Market Opportunity

  • In a 1-day workshop your team will be facilitated to examine your business through multiple lenses. This includes analysis of the external and internal environment and examines your brand purpose, customer profile and value proposition messaging. This provides input to shape your campaign.

Box 5.

Create Your Campaign

  • Using the output from Steps 2-4 we will creatively construct your lead generation campaign. This includes elevator pitch, value proposition and utilises your target data, you training us on your message and our process to set-up your campaign.

Box 6.

Prepare Your Sales Team

  • Your team will experience a 1-day workshop. We map the end-to-end sales process and prepare your team to handle the sales meetings. The interface between the telemarketer and salesperson will be strengthened as we share hints, tips and techniques to open and lead the pursuit. In addition, we identify sales team toolkit elements which will enable your team to succeed at each stage in the process.

Box 7.

Telemarketing Input

  • We will launch your campaign, calling your list. Those who are interested in an initial conversation with your sales team will be identified. An appointment date/time will be agreed. You will receive a summary of the call and meeting details in a briefing pack.

 

Box 8.

Attend Sales Meetings

  • Your team attend the sales meetings. The telemarketing team require feedback within 24 hours that the meeting was sat and a summary of how it went. If you agree it met the agreed criteria it will count towards your campaign quota.

To answer the need, I set about curating models, methods, content and techniques and putting them together in a logical sequence to create an affordable growth programme.
